Ali R. Khatau is the founder and principal of ARK Point Advisors fze and ARK Point Capital, UK LTD. He is the Chairman of the investment committee, oversees their investment process and leads the development of ARK Point strategies and services for its clients.

Ali has created strong partnerships with various business groups globally to provide value to his clients. He also serves in various capacities; Since 2018, as an Advisor to Milamber Ventures Plc., a business accelerator and investment vehicle in London, helping media, technology and education companies (with a big focus on education innovation) through their growth journey. Since 2014, Ali has been associated with Ithaca Capital, an investment holding company focused on Pakistan, first as a non Executive Director, at Hermes Enterprises Ltd., a Mauritius based investment company with a focus on power generation and more recently, as Managing Director at Ithaca Capital Management, a private equity fund management business also domiciled in Mauritius. Since 2013, as Senior Advisor to the Board of DeaconCapital Group in London, an FCA regulated Independent Asset Manager and Investment Boutique. 

Before launching ARK Point Advisors in October, 2012, Ali had an illustrious career in Wealth Management and Investment Banking. He held senior positions with Barclays Wealth & Capital, Bank Julius Baer, Coutts & Co, Merrill Lynch and ABN Amro through his 22 years career.

Ali is proficient in three languages and graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration from Regents University, London, UK.
